We’re a Boston law office with over two decades of experience providing business litigation, dispute resolution and consulting services to organizations and individuals.
Counsel With a Client-Driven Agenda
Clients look to attorneys as experts in problem solving in the courtroom, alternative dispute resolution forums, and the executive office. In turn, lawyers must trust clients as experts in the things they do every day–run a business, manage assets, serve communities. Our goal is to keep clients and their key advisers involved in every phase of representation–developing a cost-effective strategy, identifying targets for factual, technical and legal investigation and evaluating possible outcomes. From the outset, we take all the time required to learn your needs, understand your technology, and meet the people you think a counselor should know.
By doing so, we strive to combine our mutual experience for your benefit as special counsel in every sense of the word.
